The 2002 Cadillac Deville Sedan offers up three different models - the Deville base model sedan, Deville DHS Sedan, and Deville DTS Sedan. Additionally, there are four specialty packages available - Premium Luxury Package, Comfort and Convenience Package, Deville Safety and Security Package, and DHS Safety and Security Package.

Interior Features
The roomy and inviting cabin of the base model 2002 Cadillac Deville features an anti-theft AM/FM stereo with cassette and CD players and eight speakers for entertainment, tri-zone electronic climate control, power door locks, cruise control, and power windows. The electrochromic auto-dimming rearview mirror is equipped with a compass.

The six-passenger seating includes a 40/20/40 split folding rear bench seat, eight-way power front seats, and leather upholstery. The leather-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with controls for audio, climate systems, voice commands, and cruise control.

The Cadillac Deville DHS Sedan upgrades the audio system with a Bose Music System. Other additional luxuries are listed as a Memory Package, power rear sunshade and manual side sunshades, front and rear seat four-way lumbar support, heated front seats, and a leather and wood-trimmed steering wheel with power tilt feature.

It is important to note that the Cadillac Deville DTS model has a seating capacity of five passengers with front center console and perforated leather seating areas. It mirrors most of the standard features of the previous model.

Exterior Features
The stylish and contemporary exterior of the 2002 Cadillac Deville is graced with heated power dual outside mirrors with automatic dimming feature, sixteen-inch seven-spoke cast aluminum wheels, and illuminated entry system. The Deville DHS Sedan model is equipped with sixteen-inch seven-spoke chrome wheels, while the Deville DTS is fitted with seventeen-inch cast aluminum wheels and front fog lights.

Performance
Both the Cadillac Deville base model and the Deville DHS Sedan are equipped with a powerful 4.6-litre engine that produces 275 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Each of these front-wheel drive vehicles features a standard four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and electronic shift control. Other basic fare includes all-speed traction control, four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock, and electronic rear-level control system.

The Deville DHS packs a 4.6-litre Northstar engine with an output of 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. It also highlights a continuously variable road-sensing suspension and StabiliTrak computer-controlled stability enhancement system.

Safety and Security
In addition to traction control and ABS brakes, each Cadillac Deville Sedan is bolstered with three-point seatbelts at all seating positions (except for a front center lapbelt on the base model and DHS), emergency internal trunk release, remote keyless entry system, and one year OnStar Luxury & Leisure service. As well, every vehicle is equipped with perimeter lighting, central unlocking, theft deterrent alarm, driver air bag, passenger air bag, and side impact air bags. Rear outboard seating side impact air bags are available as an option.
