2004 Dodge Caravan - Price Quote

Visit Dodge for more information on the Dodge Caravan.

The Dodge Caravan has been a perennial favorite of busy families for twenty years now. Comfortable and safe, powerful and durable, it combines all the right features at just the right price. No wonder it's the world's best-selling minivan.

Offered in regular length Caravan models and extended length Grand Caravan trims, the duo has successfully dominated the segment for twenty years. Dodge celebrates this achievement with a special Anniversary Edition model based on the Dodge Grand Caravan SXT.

The 2004 Dodge Caravan offer a number of new features as well. Some of the debuts include a tire-pressure monitor, remote keyless entry and a six-disc CD/DVD changer, to be used with the rear-seat entertainment system.

Available Models
The 2004 Dodge Caravan is offered in SE and SXT trims. Grand Caravans are presented in SE, SXT and eX trims.

Interior Features
Both Caravan sizes seat seven passengers. Optional this year is a 50-50 split third-row bench seat. Each portion weighs 55 pounds and can be removed, reclined, or folded flat for extra cargo-carrying versatility.
Power-adjustable brake and accelerator pedals are optional on all 2004 Dodge Caravan models. A power liftgate, a power sunroof and the rear DVD entertainment system are optional on Grand eX and SXT. They feature the new tire-pressure monitor.

The special Anniversary Edition has unique two-tone leather seating, the six-disc CD/DVD changer, embroidered anniversary edition floor mats and the entertainment system as a no-charge option.

Exterior Features
Grand eX and SXT models have power operation for both sliding side doors; a power passenger-side sliding door is optional on the regular-length SXT. The Anniversary Edition has unique badging and 16-inch chrome wheels.

Three capable engines lead the way for 2004. Base Caravan SE models use a 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder engine with 150 horsepower and 167 lb-ft of torque. They, like other Caravan trims, use a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Uplevel 2004 Dodge Caravan models and base Grand Caravans are fitted with a 3.3-liter V6 engine. It is capable of producing up to 180 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque.

Finally, Grand Caravan SXT and eX models have a 3.8-liter V6 engine that will churn out with 215 horsepower and 245 lb-ft of torque. The Grand Caravan SXT is the only model of the lot that offers all-wheel drive for 2004.

Safety and Security
The 2004 Caravan family features dual front airbags, the LATCH child seat system, front seatbelt pretensioners and an automatic transaxle brake-park interlock. Options include an alarm system and side impact airbags.
