The single current Lexus LX 470 SUV has been graced with an
extensive array of standard equipment that covers a complete range of
items you will want in a sport utility vehicle. 2001 saw a series of upgrades
that remain unchanged for this year with the exception of a new standard
Digital Versatile Disc Lexus Navigation System.
Interior Features
Within the opulent interior of the LX 470 SUV are thankful

control, first aid kit, genuine leather upholstery and trim, power rear

a center differential that splits the power 50/50 front/rear to adapt
to slippage. Under the hood, it wields a 4.7-litre, DOHC, eight-cylinder
engine that pumps out an impressive 230 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque.
The towing capacity is 6,500 lbs.
Exceptional handling can be attributed to rack-and-pinion steering, height-adjustable
suspension, computer-controlled shock absorber damping, and double wishbone
independent front suspension with torsion bar springs.

The Lexus LX 470 Sport Utility also comes with a keyless entry system

seatbelts, head restraints, child safety locks, child seat tethers and
